Customize Orders will take additional 3 - 5 business days to process.
Delivery IS expected within 8 to 12 business days once your Order is shipped/ dispatched.
Return Shipping
If you wish to return a product, it must be sent to the nearest warehouse, which will be communicated via email.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

High-Value Orders
For returns of items valued over t1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
